1. Services
Webartlist provides web design, development, and deployment services. Our core offering includes the creation of websites within 24 hours from project approval. Pricing is fixed per package: Simple Website (€2,900 / $2,900), Shop Website (€4,900 / $4,900), and Special Projects (up to €9,900 / $9,900).
2. Free Overview
Every project begins with a free visual overview. This includes design mockups and screenshots sent to the client for review. There is no obligation to proceed after receiving the overview.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon agreement to proceed with the project. We accept bank transfers and major payment methods. The 24-hour delivery timeline begins after payment confirmation.
4. Revisions
Each project includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds can be arranged at an additional cost. Major scope changes may require a new project agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights of the delivered website transfer to the client. Webartlist retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
Webartlist's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Cancellation
Projects can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once development starts, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.
